Return & Refund Policy For Hypershop

Here at Hypershop we believe in 100% customer service and strive to please all Hypershop customers. We always do our best to take care of our valuable customers.

In the unlikely event, if any product that you have sold is damaged or incorrect then the customer may return your product. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned to Hypershop in a resalable & unused condition, and then the product will be forwarded to the specified Merchant. If the product is damaged after delivering it from the store, then the responsible person (delivery man, third party) shall be held accountable for the damage. The item shall be in the original packaging and returned with any accessories or free gifts within 7 days from the day it was delivered.

 

If any order got canceled, then the customer will get refunded with his/her principal amount (paid amount) and will be disqualified for any kind of offers or cashback associated with the particular order.

The refund process may take up to 10 working days or more depending upon the payment service gateway provider’s clauses. The refund will be initiated within the same payment channel i.e. if the customer pays via bkash/nagad/rocket/upay then the customer will be refunded through bkash/nagad/rocket/upay. The customer cannot be refunded via any other payment channels. But hypershop retains the right and has the right to consider/reconsider refund via another flexible channel(s) to make the refund system faster or to make it easier for the customer.

The customer will not be eligible for any extra cashback/bonus against his principal amount in case of refunds. Hypershop is not bound to pay any kind of service charge or cost for the refunded amount.
